AA battery charger

Post by NikonUser »

I use a lot of AA rechargeable batteries in my flashes. Without special care these batteries soon end up with a low voltage and will not accept a full charge. My inexpensive charger just wasn't up to the job.
Recently purchased a LaCrosse BC-900 charger (on sale for $38.97). Excellent piece of equipment that has brought all my AA's back to their original power.

NU,
Thanks for the 'heads-up'.

Looks like an impressive unit. Your experience with it is encouraging.

I did a bit of Googling for related information, 'bit the bullet' and decided to purchase. FedEx costs to Australia were a consideration (but they provide an excellent service). Another consideration was the present currency exchange rate; but the discounted price of the unit made up for those additional expenses.

I padded out the order with a couple of 4 packs of Sanyo Eneloop AA @ $9.97 each.

Craig:
I hope you have a magnifying reading glass! Charger comes with a detailed Instruction Manual printed with the smallest possible print on pages 3.5 x 1.5".
However, the Travel Bag is of excellent quality and will be great for carrying/protecting a P&S camera.
