Spring Crocus at lifesize

Post by Cyclops »

Tried to capture this in situ but the slightest breeze was denying me. No good, had to pick it and bring it indoors!
And then because I had to use ambient light sources I was using a long exposure, and no matter what I tried I couldnt get a shot with no camera shake! Tried mirror up, no good as it only gives you a 2 second self timer, so I turned off mirror lock up and went back the 10 second default timer-I need a remote release!

Anyway heres the centre of a Spring Crocus at lifesize.

Yes i will but i cant afford it at the moment. i think the camera was moving a little on the tripod wheh the shutter fireed but i dont normally have that problem.
