Oooh what an excellent shot!! One question though... why are there spider webs around them?

Thanks Michael and PT,,
PT,, I watched this Diogmite as he flew with his catch ,, he latched onto this plant where he hung and ate,, there must have been a spider nearby or something because he had just landed there when I snapped several shots,, it was funny,, I tried to work my way around to get a frontal shot, well,, he apparently had had enough of me and my flash as he stopped feeding and came at my camera,, :D I stood up and he charged at me,, I had to swat him away before he'd leave,,probably without finishing his feast  8)
Thanks for commenting guys  :D

Not a species I know anything about (clearly a dipteran) but an excellent shot.
