I notice many of you shot thru microscope some animals.
How can you stacking shot with theese animals?
I try but they doesn't still and it's impossible to make stacking.
How do you make this?
Thanks in advance.

It is only possible if the subject does not move. For shooting live subjects, I sometimes use local anaesthetic (lidocaine, from a throat spray) to immobilise them. Otherwise, you are restricted to dead specimens, or ones that sleep a lot!
