Stunning images!

Could you explain the notation for the fluorescence?
"FLUO-C4, HF B(19,6)"

I'm not familiar.

FLUO-C4 means my 4th fluorescence cube which is:
Excitation Filter: 330 – 480 nm single band bandpass filter
Dichroic Mirror:495nm
Emission Filter: 500nm long pass edge filter

HF B(19,6) means Helicon Focus was used, method B and the radius and smoothing params were 19 and 6.

Out of curiousity - what are your excitation/emission filters for your FLUO-C6.1 cube?
