Nice build! That's quite the enclosure - Printing the diffuser and holding it via magnets is a solid idea.

Really nice work and superb enclosure!! Wish I had a 3D printer!!!

BTW the plateau in the gate drive waveform falling edge is due to the "Miller Effect", very common problem driving high speed & current FETs (and bipolar transistors).

A given amount of gate charge must be introduced to turn the device ON, and likewise must be removed to turn the device OFF. Many switching devices have a spec on this.
