This is one of my favorite slides! It is the venom gland from a cuckoo wasp I found in front of my old apartment in Iowa city Iowa. Before I moved to California in 2011. The image is stacked using Combine ZP. And lighted using colored filters with black center stop. And is magnified about 100x.
