Olympus U-UCD8 and U-UCD8-2 condensers

Hello Forum,

Manuals for the Olympus BX50 and BX51 list the U-UCD8 DIC condenser as compatible for either stand. Instead, the BX53 manual lists the U-UCD8-2 condenser. Does anyone know what difference there is between the U-UCD8 and U-UCD8-2 condensers? Specifically, is the U-UCD8-2 compatible with the BX50 and BX51 stands?
