I can get better resolution with lens stacking, but at the price of some ghosting/flare. I am still searching for the ideal lens combinations, inter-lens distances, and apertures.
Hi Lou,

I can believe that, what is the MFT sensor pitch? 3.30 - 3.5 µm or?

The MP35 was designed 30, almost 40 years ago, and its still doing well.

There are lots of fast f1.4 - f/2 Schneiders that cover the sensor but still that 3.30 - 3.5 µm sensor pitch is a problem. There is a Schneider XENON f/0.95 25MM for C-MOUNT that almost covers MFT!!

Yes, that small pixel size is a challenge...

I tried lots of lenses like enlargers, macro lenses, Mitutoyo microscope lenses, reverse connected lenses etc in 1.5 year.

I decided that the magnification that I use most common is 1X-3X range.

I red a lot of reviews, writings actually so many things...

What do you offer for 1X-3X magnification range and why?
I have both APS and FF cameras.

Please guide me because I am lost :)
I would recommend the Apo-Digitar 5,6 80mm M, is perfect usable from 4:1- 1:4.

I agree, good lens. I have a few of these that came out of Colortrak scanners, in both fixed f5.6 and fixed f6.7. They will be part of my 80mm shootout, someday.
