This one has the filters in the slider mechanism.
It would be your choice which style you want.
The second one is shown with epi-fluorescence, but that is an optional configuration. I've got several condensers and objectives. You are probably aware that it comes standard as quadnocular, with an F-mount up front and a 23.2 mm sleeve on the side, which can take even large format cameras with the right attachment (which I don't have).
The price would be totally dependent on what you want with it... filters, condensers, objectives, fluorescence, etc.
