Had this linger on eBay for a while now without any takers, so I'll try here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/282579406956?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

I'll offer it here for $70 (includes shipping within CONUS).

What is the diameter of the fitting that goed into the illuminator? I want to use for a zeiss illuminator and may need an adapter. Is the cable soft or hard (stay in place when bended)

The cord is the soft kind that bends and stays flexible.
I just measured the part that goes into the illuminator with digital caliper. There is actually or shorter piece in the front (where the cap goes on) that measures 16 mm (0.631") and a bit wider part that measures 18.1 mm (0.717" - visible in the image. If I remember right, this is the part that fit snuggly into the EKE illuminator I had).
