Menoidium crescent moon flagellate
In this video we look at Menoidium pellucidum
A flagellate that we have found in freshwater.
It is shaped like a crescent moon, a flagellum that loses at death
A vacuole near the channel where is born the flagellum.
And crystals of a starch called paramilo
