I am gradually getting used to this new camera in conjuntion with the microscope. When I view into the microscope I can see a perfectly outlined organism, but when I try to capture the frame then I have to readjust the microscope focus to obtain a reasonable image. Still I shall keep trying to improve and hopefully I will be able to submit reasonable shots.
Anyway here we go,
I think these are of Oedogonium and there is an amoeba in one that is just visible. (I must brush up on pond life).
