Edwardian Insects On Film

Post by ChrisR »

There's a currently a rerun http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01rd376 about Percy Smith, the fellow who first filmed baited insects consuming artificial nectar. It was movies, in 1908.
It'll be available on catch-up TV for a couple of days, or extracts at the link.

Thanks Chris - a very interesting programme. It is amazing what they achieved with such limited equipment.

By chance, someone sent me the "Magic Myxies" link a few weeks ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04kdhZQTnIU
