Help - Selling Images

I was contacted by someone wanting to use one of my images, I don't necessarily want to sell images and make any money, I do this for fun, but I want a simple way of sharing photographs for someone to use without me inadvertently giving away any rights to the image.

Advice would be greatly be appreciated.
