Testing out DIC

Samples from freshwater creek using Olympus BH2 with DIC. Rotifer vid taken with iphone apologies for bad quality. Diatoms were 5-10 stack with 5mp usb camera. All at 40x splan obj.

Nice photos! And congratulations for getting your DIC working!
Where did you get your fresh water sample? I have never seen dinoflagellates in my fresh water sample in Houston.
