Hi I’m looking to buy a 5x and 20x pan apo, i can get these new via Edmund optics but would like the option to hunt a bargain, buying via fleabay from sellers abroad leaves me with worry rash as nearly all sellers from the far east have less than 100% feedback, has anyone any safe traders they can recommend before I buy a new item.
Thanks Gary
Mitutoyo wanted (best place to buy)

4 lenses, a focus block and a microscope. You could slaughter that, keep what youn need and sell the rest.
You could offer me the 20x

cheers for sending this on, yes i have been chating with this guy since yesterday, working out the prices i can save a few pounds over buying from lightglass optics and sell the other bits but not sure on the condition of the glass right now.

If everything works, better keep (and use) all of it. The price is quite reasonable provided that there are no major faulty parts. This seems to be virtually the same at the Mitutoyo FS-60, which I discuss on my web site (scroll down the page):lothman wrote:http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... SS:DE:1123
