I posted a couple images from this "Prola Beauty" about a month ago, and here are a few more. On this butterfly there are small sections on the upper and lower side of the forewing where it attaches to the thorax that have a wonderful mix and transition of scales.

All of these images are beautiful. The sharpness and the colours are incredible. My favourite are the second and the last one.

Great images. Your new Nikon setup is obviously working a treat. I Googled Nikon MM-11, it's an interesting looking beast.

Wow. I really can't say that I have a preferred picture, they are all great, but if forced to pick it would be the second one, and the last one. Just spectacular, the scales appear to be almost self-luminous.
