When I point the objective towards a bright illumination source I tend to see several enlarged images of the lighting bulb (they look like reflections of the bulb). The images I get look fine in terms of resolution but they look a bit washed out. When I compared to a newer objective of the same magnification and NA I noticed that the contrast was reduced.
Would that classify as delamination?
What kind of objective flaw is that?
