You know, I was thinking "maybe it was dead!!" and just stuck on the wire, but I remember going through the greenhouse again and it was gone the second time, the wire was right near the door. . I looked for an ID..there are some dark Purple ones but I did not find any black ones. Could be melanistic I guess.
