The spores in the top image always travel in large groups like shown and are quite common in my samplings. All the others with the exception of the lower right ,(crushed pop can), are not common. It is possible that the upper left image of the four in the middle is a myxomycete spore.

I don't know about a nose and lung filter but one thing you can try is the mucus in the corner of your eye that sometimes is present in the morning after a nights sleep. If you do a smear of this as I have done many times you will find some of the spores I am posting in the mucus. Its your wonderfull eyeballs cleaning themselves as I am certain the lungs do ever night.
