That is probably a Ctenophore, or comb jelly, not related to true jelly fish. I am not sure if it is the mouth. This organism is often depicted upside down.

Thanks Wim. I'm not sure if this is the upper or bottom site but I noticed that tiny things going inside true the small tentacles so I thought it is the mouth. I think in Dutch we call this a ,,zeedruif,,.

My dutch is not so good, but in english it is called the sea gooseberry. :)

I have not seen these frills before, but it is as if the statocyst can be seen inbetween them. That would mean it is the top.
