I have no idea about ID but found it flowering in one of the city's central parks in the middle of november. :D

it does look like it has pretty thick looking leaves Nikola. With your weather, it is not a too late of a bloomer. You should have grabbed some of the red seedpods in the first picture :wink:

My best guess off the top of my head is a sedum. Many of them are also very cold hardy. I will try to check one of my books tonight but it really isn,t very deep in sedums.
