Very good photographs !
Of course Jan is right if about the third image.
I would like to know what set you use, what microscope and optics. The quality of your photographs is very good.

I use a Zeiss Jena Jenamed microscope with infinitely Apo's (CF250).
My camera is a Canon 5DMarkII
