Some more details here, via google translation. Not entirely easy to read but still enough interesting technical info to make worth a read:

The "frame" mentioned in the other web page seems to be shown in one of the photos at the above link. I gather this is a holder for flat, static subjects.

Just came across a similar lens for Sony. 4:1 and 5:1 shooting.
