I'n not sure if there are color differences between sexes.
Additionally, there is a difference in pattern down the shoulders. Left one has a two stripes and one pair of dots and right one a three pairs of dots.

I was curious and looking back at my earlier post and found that mating pair were also of different colors.

As others have said, lovely colours.
I think the different colours could be because the pale one has transformed from nymph to adult not that long time ago. I know that grashoppers can have very bright colours just after they transformed from one nymph stage to the next (or to adult imago stage).
