Big Black Ant
Here's a Zerene stack that I did of the head of a big, black ant. I concentrated more on getting lighting from all angles, but I think that the softness of the picture is because some of the light was aimed back up at the microscope. This is about a 25 photo stack at F1, ISO 400, 4 sec exp, at a magnification of about 10X.
