Sorry folks, not sharp as I wished. Captured from the closer distance then my little camera could solve. :? However, some of the ant's features still visible quite good.

Nice. It looks like it might be a Messor species. But I do not know the ants of that area well enough be sure.

Very close shot Nikola, To me it looks like the focus was just a little off..more on the thorax than on the head. What is that thing he is on, is he taking it home for food?

Yes, it looks like the camera focused on the item the ant is carrying and not the ant. Still, good photo Nikola.

I think he is carrying some part ot the dry grass, an envelope possibly containing little seeds or something like this. 8)

If as I suspect this is Messor, they are seed harvesters so it would make sense for it to be collecting/ carrying what it is.

Nice. The angle is too high, a lower angle would be better.
