My wife's first guess is this is an aphid in its flying stage. My guess is that I don't have any idea :)

This is the best focused one of about 20 attempts. It was a little too active to even try a stack.

That's a thrips - order Thysanoptera.

It's also very well captured, for a live thrips. Those critters are small and wiggly!
