Every 30 days the site administrators will pick an image made through a microscope from the "Photography Through the Microscope Gallery" to be featured on the front page of the www.amateurmicrography.net website.

Don't know why especially but I like these things. I sometimes find them in samples taken from the mountain wetlands, they look a lot like onions. I once remember haveing a sample totally dominated by Phacus for a few days, maybe a bit longer. :D
