Just back from a walk around a local lake but the solitude was broken by a work crew clearing a part of the lake for skating. The pile of snow on the left is over 2 m high and should come in handy this summer for keeping the beer cool.

You know, I bet that looked a whole lot nicer before what ever it was ran across and around the lake and messed up the snow but ice skating sure sounds like fun and that is a pretty good sized lake to be frozen over for to skate on. Well anyway, still a beautiful photo, maybe you can show us what it looks like after they get it cleared and there are people out there busting their "buns" on the ice, that would be interesting too.
