I tried to 10x and single frame, I think the result is very pleasing

I used one fluorescent light , black cardboard above drop,
horizontal stripes is support cd

Very cool. The second one makes me think of of one of those artists impressions of being on a strange planet with a large moon in close orbit! Very science fiction!

Now this really kindles the imagination! Perchance it would be what one would see as they approached or navigated the atmosphere of Venus maybe, clouds of methane gas defracting the sunlight on entry. :D

There are some amazing images from CDs in this forum. Has anyone checked the image potential of the gold CDs?

Actually they used to be purple!
