Really nice and rich colours, and that diagonal divide works especially well in that first one. I think it is especially hard to spot that kind of composition as opposed to just placing points on the rull of thirds type guides.

Love the second one but I think my favourite is the first! The flower in the second looks slightly menacing! (Little shop of Horrors again!) :)
