I had to sweat for these. Tripod low to the ground on a hillside in the brush, mosquitos and flies a buzzing, and all but down on my stomach with my head all twisted around to see through the viewfinder and now I have a crick. Not to mention picking off ticks and brushing off spiders!
I was trudging back up the hill out of the hollow and heading back to the house, where after a deer in the under brush behind me "snorted" and ended up scaring me half to death, when I just happened to look down and see this thing. Still a bit unnerved from the "near deer" experience, I had to set up the tripod and get the shots. *&^%$#!! deer!

Pert'near Doug, pert'near Deer usually leave you alone, well except for the bucks if they are in rut and will challange almost anything but this time of the year they are pretty docile. Still scary though when they sneak up on you.I would have had to go home and change my pants
Thanks Doug
