Image

Probably Bombylius major, photographed at my local nature reserve in woodland last week. The flowers are Lady's smock, Cardamine pratensis.

Canon Powershot G9
ISO 80, F4, 1/320 sec
Graham

Though we lean upon the same balustrade, the colours of the mountain are different.

The flowers are a little hot in this one Graham, I am assuming you are set on Auto. Maybe a tight crop on the fly to get some detail out of it, with 12 megs there should be a bunch I would think. Not bad though. :D
