I photographed today. I did not found many subject, but there was ants. This is a black carpenter ant Camponotus vagus.
Canon 20D + 100mm macro + 55mm reversed

A wonderful photo acerola. Do you know if it has something in it`s mouth?
Are the orange disc shaped items a lichen of some sort on the rock? Really great for a live ant. _________________ Take Nothing but Pictures--Leave Nothing but Footprints.

They are lichens. There is nothing in its mouth its just the inside of its mandibles. I upload another picture. It's a little different.
