Stunning set! I've been watching quite a "bloom" of polarisation pics online over the past year. These are up with the best. I haven't dabbled in that time, too much other tinkering on the go. But you've possibly instigated a bit of an itch now

Very beautiful photomicrographs. It would be nice to know what the chemicals were. Also did you make these crystals by melting, or drying solutions on a slide.

I've dabbled at this and tried to get the blooming effect you get. I've got quite a ways to go. You are really reaching an apex taking this type of photomicroscopy to another level. Very inspirational.
