I could not get him to stay still for stack job, so sorry for shallow dof and flash reflection. I belive burned eyes are due to drop of water and hot sun?

I wonder if that's why insects have such multifacited eyes. They are so small they are easily damaged. if they do get damaged they can still see. Thoughts to ponder.

I got some info today, that it could be some sort of disease on the eyes? Anybody has a clue what could be?
