Whilst I have been a member on these forums for a few years I have not made many posts - so here goes.
I thought this was a common house fly when I caught it and "stilled" it with ethyl acetate. However on taking the macro stack shots I can now see that it has white bands across its back, Can anyone identify please?
Canon 1Ds MKIII with Canon 100mm Macro f4.5 - Stack shot 80 x 200mu. Lighting 2 x Multiblitz 300 Profilite Studio Flashes both set at 25% output
Many thanks for any help and comments good or bad - all will be appreciated.
Terry
