Could you explain the notation for the fluorescence?

I'm not familiar.
FLUO-C4 means my 4th fluorescence cube which is:
Excitation Filter: 330 – 480 nm single band bandpass filter 
Dichroic Mirror:495nm 
Emission Filter: 500nm long pass edge filter 

HF B(19,6) means Helicon Focus was used, method B and the radius and smoothing params were 19 and 6.
