Impressive!
The outer cover of mittys can be removed, greatly improves lighting setups due to the shape. Not sure about those Nikon ones.

That is something I need to look at, unfortunately, I do not have 100x objective, else, I will do a chart to see what is going on.

Anyways, I think we are close at physical limit of such rail. I will send you some suggestions over FB on how to (possibly) improve it, particularly with new software.

Just a reminder that using the WeMacro MacroMate on a good microscope focusing block can easily and simply achieve 0.1-0.2 micron step size.
