Yes, you are right. I have just checked my old picture taken by APSC (1,6) and lens 50x:Objects at 100x on FF would appear half the size of those same objects on MFT

I used Nikon d610 + Raynox DCR 150 + Nikon LU Plan BD 100x NA 0,80 + 2 flases + Mjkzz rail.
The corners are ok-ish with this setup, only cropped to remove the banding from alignment (at this magnification the frame moves all over the place with my setup).
The rail goes down to 0,3um step size but it doesn't have the precision for it, so I used 0,9um, seemed ok in my tests.
The hardest thing is to bring enough good light on the subject, working distance is 3,5mm and the objective is BD type so it's very thick (don't know if I can remove the outer cover, tried and it it didn't worked). The eyes are so much harder to lit and stack the frames in a pleasing way.
Anyway I'm pretty happy with the results, It's been a goal of mine ever since I began doing extreme macro a few years ago (you know what I'm talking about, It's like a drug, you have to go higher and higher... ), and it's nice to see the progression from 1:1 to 4:1, 10:1, 20:1, 50:1 and now 100:1. Didn't skipped any steps which allowed me to learn a lot along the way and to a reasonable 100:1.
Thanks to everybody who contributed to this forum, it definitely helped a lot.
