Been following this blog for a while. What a valuable resource. I’ve learned a lot here!
Of course the real pleasure is to share, so here’s my first contribution.
All comments welcomed and thanks to all.

Howard, welcome aboard!

These are excellent first posts -- definitely give me the feeling that I'm in the field looking at the bugs firsthand.

Thanks Rik!

I've found that the longer I keep at it the more frequent I get lucky.

Shooting macro certainly can be an enjoyable challenge.

I think it's the feeling of awe and wonder toward the subjects that really keeps my interest.

Best Regards,

Howard

Nice shots indeed! I particularly like the last. You certainly captured a "critical moment" there. Welcome to the forum.

Thank You Troels, Beatsy.

You two have both given me much to aspire to.

I really have enjoyed the images you've both posted.

Best Regards

Howard
