Well, between the slide and a coverslip yes. I did use a small trick - I did not use water between the slip and slide, I used immersion oil. That worked better with the scales as these scales are hydrophobic.
It is the Olympus UPLSAPO100XO;U PLAN S-APO 100X OIL OBJ, NA 1.40 and of course the oil condenser. |
