Another try with a fly

Post by tevans9129 »

To my eyes this one is better. It bothers me though that the TIFF from Zerene is so mushy/cloudy looking. There is about 12419%, more or less, sharpening to this image.

D800e, pb6 180mm, approximately 7x, cone, Amscope 4x, 1/15, ISO 100, 300 slices @ 8 microns, Controlmynikon, Stackshot, Zerene, 2 studio 300ii lights 1/8.

All suggestions for improvement are appreciated.

That would bother me too.

Is the output more mushy/cloudy than the input?

Some 100% crops of the same area showing input and output might shed some light on whatever the problem is.
