Chironomid larva maybe?

I did a Google search of "Chironomid larva photos" to confirm your ID and it appears it is a midge larva (bloodworm). What interesting about the photo gallery were all of the bloodworm fishing flies people have made.

I've got tens of them and have yet to fool a trout. :?
