Wonderful. Did you just 'stop dead' with the stack, or was there a final shot with a narrower aperture? If not, how did you get such a nice transition from in-focus to bokeh?

Aha! Makes sense. Thanks. Did you start with everything in focus before "shopping" it, or blend the in-focus to out-of-focus parts?
