pulsatil vacuole

Hi everybody,
with no flash,it's difficult for me to picture fast protozoa,so I wait that coverslip compression do the job...

this paramecium is dying,and display a nice last "flower" under my microscope

thanks for your comment.I now use Neatimage to clean my pictures,as you advise me.it's better!!
