Here is some info. that may help someone that is knowledgable in the field of green algae id.
I would really like to know what these are
They are found in water samples taken from muskeg ponds.
I think they average around 300 μm.
I have added two more pics maybe it will help with a perspective of the size.

That's an interesting find; I haven't seen the like but think they are Eremosphaera. Those are spherical cells with chloroplasts both around the margin and in radial strands, something you can see well in your 20× picture. I found them mentioned with a few different size ranges but diameters up to 300 μm seem to be typical enough, and bogs are given as the usual habitat.
