Mystery organism

Here is, as John Cleese would say, a poser.
Has a shell like a rotifer. Is entirely symmetrical. Appears to have red eyespots on the two lobes at the top either side of the center lobe. And appears to be entirely composed of chloroplasts and may be a Conservative.
